The Marine Corps Times is reporting that the Marine Corps will introduce new Leadership Training. An ALMAR will be released this fall according to Training and Education Command (TECOM), Ground Training Branch to announce a wide-reaching effort to reinvigorate the service’s ethos of honor, courage and commitment. The new training is part of the Marine Corps Values Program.
Enlisted and officer candidates have undergone the training since late 2007, but the program is designed to follow Marines throughout their careers in the Marine Corps.
