Bill Walsh on Leadership
They are many similarities between the leadership in sports and the military. To be a successful Marine Corps leader you must be able to build an effective team. Bill Walsh built an almost unstoppable NFL dynasty in the 1980s and was able to win 3 Super Bowls.
