The TTPs may be the same as other services and Armies. The weapons and equipment are the same, but everyone knows Marines are different. That difference is Marine Leadership. Give a Marine a mission, no matter the difficulty or circumstances, and he will always find a way to accomplish it.
Leading Marines is intended to be a leadership resource for all Marines. We are a group of retired Marines with over 70 year's collective experience on active duty. We may operate this website, but it is our sincere intent that it be owned by the Marines who use it. Please feel free to comment, send us ideas and recommendations and leadership tools to share with your fellow Marines.
